Guiyang (Pinyin: Guìyáng shì, formerly known as: Kweiyang) is China 's Guizhou Province, the provincial capital . Located in southwest China Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau east China's southwest important urban centers, one in Guizhou Province, the political, economic, cultural, scientific, educational and transportation center and southwest important hub of transportation and communication, industrial base and business travel service center, to be as the "Pearl of the plateau."
