Our goal is to make working with us as easy as possible.
We work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Because of the nature of our work, we also cover weekends for many cases that require it and a duty agent will be available for you to contact during off hours. Check our Contact Us page for the current local time in China.
We follow the statutory public holidays of China, however, in long-term holidays such as Spring Festival that our duty agent could still available for you.

*Spring Festival is the Chinese New Year and the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays, It owing to the difference between in the traditional Chinese calendar and ends with Lantern Festival which is on the 15th day. Chinese New Year's Eve, a day where Chinese families gather for their annual reunion dinner, is known as Chú Xī or "Eve of the Passing Year." Because the Chinese calendar is lunisolar, the Chinese New Year is often referred to as the "Lunar New Year".
