Office Hours and Holidays
We work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Because of the nature of our work, we also cover weekends for many cases that require it and a duty agent will be available for you to contact during off hours.
Public Holidays (China):
We follow the statutory public holidays of China, however, in long-term holidays such as Spring Festival that our duty agent could still available for you.
