Litigation Support and Trial Preparation:

Mediation Packages: We assist attorneys by providing photographs of the scene, photos of the client or Subject; diagrams of the accident scene and in some cases, animation all assembled into a mediation package. The package tells the story of the accident and it's catastrophic results and can be assembled for presentation at the mediation, or shared with decision makers prior to the mediation. This gives the claims committee a chance to see the client, the injuries and the liability picture prior to the mediation. This makes a very effective settlement tool.
Scene Investigation: We provide professional and representative photos, taken from an investigators stand point and detailing what is there, what can be seen from relevant locations and just as importantly, what cannot. We prepare diagrams of the scene, ready for introduction as exhibits.
Estate and Probate investigations: These investigations usually involve following a trail years old. We locate missing heirs and witnesses and uncover unknown or hidden assets. We can investigate the deceased person's actual intentions prior to their death and lay the groundwork for a true and fair distribution of assets. Identification, Location and Interviews of Witnesses:
Locating individuals in China is sometimes challenging. The tools we use depend on what information you have regarding the Subject. What we can promise is to use our best efforts and the most effective tools available to locate witnesses. We conduct effective interviews of witnesses and subjects and take statements in written, audiotape or video formats. Our smart, adaptive interviews are conducted with your case goals in mind. They are designed to emphasize favorable facts, while committing unfavorable witnesses to negative statements or unreasonable assertions for impeachment purposes.
Telephonic interviews are the most cost effective method, while in person interviews are recommended for uncooperative, complex or higher stakes interviews and statements.
SURVEILLANCE
Zhongyang Services operatives are highly proficient in the art of surveillance. We conduct fraud surveillance, matrimonial infidelity, child welfare and elder welfare surveillances, among others, for our attorney clients.
We use mini digital video cameras with night vision capability and telephoto lenses to capture the activities of the subject. We also use state of the art concealment cameras, which we use as called for by the investigational situation. We carefully comply with all laws to protect the admissibility of the information, while at the same time, aggressively pursuing case goals.

Older Child Welfare Investigations: We also conduct surveillance on behalf of parents of older children, who may be concerned about the illegal or self-destructive activities of their child. We gather evidence for the sole purpose of assisting parents with intervention and protection of their child from harm, before the problem becomes more serious and without the involvement of law enforcement.
Concerned parents are sometimes frustrated by a lack of knowledge about the activities of their high school and college aged children. They feel that something is wrong, but faced with their child’s denials, they feel there is nothing they can do about it.
We provide you with documented evidence of your child’s activities – through surveillance logs, photos and video. Sometimes a professional report and video, showing the child engaged in the harmful activity is enough to break through to them. There is no denying the truth when it is on video tape. The evidence is yours to do with as you please. You can destroy the only copy, or keep it to remind your child if he or she relapses.

They play computer games constantly and begin to only feel alive when they are on the computer. In some cases, the computer fantasy world begins to feel more real to them than the real world.

Safe Computer Use Consultation: We consult with parents and children to help them to understand how the internet works and how to use it safely. We also assist parents with the installation of tracking and blocking software that controls what your child can do on the internet, while at the same time, keeping you informed.
Mediation between parents and children: Sometimes a third party is needed to help open up free dialog with a child. When parents and family can’t get through, our investigators can help “break the ice”. We keep the atmosphere calm and pro-active – an atmosphere where your child realizes there is a problem and that you are there to help them.
Elder Welfare / Caretaker Investigations: Elderly parents are better cared for in China than in other societies, but it is not uncommon for caretakers to be hired to take care of elderly parents. Unfortunately, it is also not uncommon for caretakers to take financial advantage of and even abuse helpless elderly patients.
It is also common for abused patients to be embarrassed about the abuse and not report it. For that reason, if loved ones of an elderly person suspect any abuse or fraud by a caretaker, it is important to investigate the matter.
We use a combination of elicitation records checks and surveillance to ascertain Subject’s activities and the quality of care the patient is receiving. Over the years, it has been our pleasure to put a stop to the fraudulent and cruel activities of many so-called caretakers.
